ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The nominee must consistently show dedication, initiative, motivation, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service to fellow staff members, management, and clients.
Nominees must follow the ARRC One Game Plan.
Nominees must follow the ARRC One Time and Attendance Policy.
They must also have exemplary performance in their position and exemplary care for Residents.
INELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES
Members of the selection committee, and former employees of the month.
NOMINATION PROCEDURE
The Heart at Work nominees are selected each month based on feedback and performance.
